If you already have a paperback or a hardcover, you can still send it to the address above with enclosed instructions, and I will sign and mail it back to you. Please send me books only if you are in the US. On November 1, 2024 I ordered author's copies of the book and the delivery time is November 20, longer than I expected. I will be in the US till end of November. To make sure I get the books please buy and send them to me in the first week of November.
