The witness testified: Answering the questions at hand. I live in the yurt of Bahtiyarov on Vizhay river. In the winter of 1959, I don't remember whether two parties of hikers passed through our yurts, I don't remember the month and the date. The last time 7 hikers spent the night at Pyotr Yakimovich Bahtiyarov and left on their way to the mountains. In February 1959, before the election, a helicopter landed near our yurts. Two people questioned the women about the hikers, where did they go. They did not come to me in the yurt, I was in a yurt and I did not talk to them. At this time Nikolay Bahtiyarov, Petr, Prokopiy searched for their deer 8 km from the yurts. They were looking for the deer for a day. I remember that in mid-February 1959 Bahtiyarov Nikolay, Petr, Prokopiy went to Burmantovo and the village of Suevat-Paul to visit their relatives there. I found out that the hikers were missin, only when the helicopter arrived, didn't know before that. Pyotr Yakimovich Bahtiyarov is a sick man, his lungs hurt and he does not go hunting. He can hardly gather fire wood. I don't know why and how the hikers died.
